100 Back Extensions, 100 Sit-ups
Complete in any order, in any amount of reps until 100 of each is done. Complete for time.

Tabata Intervals

Kettlebell Swings, Renegade Rows,
Russian Twists, Bottom to Bottom Squats
20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds rest
4 minutes each/8 intervals

Overhead Squats/Box Jumps

1 – Overhead Squats
2 – Box Jumps
Reps: 30 of each, then 20, 15, 10, 5 – for time
