    Broke away from the main CF site for a few days. Tried the kettlebell c & j workout from June 16. Seemed like a good WOD to attempt while sporting a walking cast for a broken left foot. As rx’d: 24:11.

    Harder than it looked and a great WOD. Done at my local family gym.
